If so, you can order a repeat prescription using the dedicated repeat prescription line (answer machine) 01334 651201 (select option 2). If you wish you can order your repeat prescription online, to do this you will first need to register for Online Patient Access. To make things easier for you to register, download a Registration Form and Questionnaire Form. Complete these at your leisure, print them off and bring them into the practice.
