If so, you can order a repeat prescription using the dedicated repeat prescription line (answer machine) 01334 651201 (select option 2). If you wish you can order your repeat prescription online, to do this you will first need to register for Online Patient Access. Childhood Illness
- Having an ill child can be a very scary experience for parents. If you understand more about the illness it can help you feel more in control.This booklet is for parents and deals with common infections in children who are normally well. Click here to view or download.
Understanding Teens
- The adolescent stage of development can be a challenging time for both parent and child. Understanding Teens is a six session online course which has been developed for parents to gain a richer understanding of their teenager’s behaviour and development. This course provides parents with evidenced explanations for changes in teenage behaviour, and with relationship based strategies to boost young people’s self-esteem and wellbeing into adulthood. Appointments can be made by calling the surgery between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Practice Reception Staff will ask you for a brief idea of why you are calling to ensure you get access to the most appropriate member of the clinical team as soon as possible. Please note telephone calls to the practice may be recorded for monitoring and training purposes.
Greener Practice Initiatives
Inhalers need to be safely disposed of to prevent propellant gases which are powerful greenhouse gases escaping into the atmosphere.
Local Pharmacies can safely dispose of inhalers and patients are encouraged to return their used inhalers to them.
