Due to current COVID-19 Pandemic we cannot currently provide a ”business as usual’ service. To protect you, other patients and staff, all patients will be telephone triaged by the doctor/nurses in the first instance; please do not present in person to the surgery unless invited to do so, as you will be asked to return home and call the surgery. If asked to attend the surgery please come into the building at the time of your appointment as our waiting area has restricted capacity due to social distancing, attend alone or ask relatives to wait outside and unless exempt please wear a face covering when entering the building. Should you develop a continuous cough, fever or change to your sense of taste or smell, contact the practice prior to attending. We have currently suspended online appointment bookings, but you can still reach the practice by dialing 01334 651201 (select option 1).
