Repeat Prescriptions

If you are taking regular medication this may be on a repeat list.  If so, you can order a repeat prescription using the dedicated repeat prescription line (answer machine) 01334 651201 (select option 2).  If you wish you can order your repeat prescription online, to do this you will first need to register for Online Patient Access.  Please contact the practice to obtain the relevant information to register for this service.   • If you require your test results our results line is open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 12.30pm and 1.30pm only, on these days please call the results line 01334 651201 (select option 3).  This line is manned during this period, when you will be given your results. Childhood Illness

  • Having an ill child can be a very scary experience for parents.  If you understand more about the illness it can help you feel more in control.This booklet is for parents and deals with common infections in children who are normally well.   Click here to view or download.

Understanding Teens

  • The adolescent stage of development can be a challenging time for both parent and child.  Understanding Teens is a six session online course which has been developed for parents to gain a richer understanding of their teenager’s behaviour and development.  This course provides parents with evidenced explanations for changes in teenage behaviour, and with relationship based strategies to boost young people’s self-esteem and wellbeing into adulthood. To protect you, other patients and staff, all patient’s requests will be telephone triaged in the first instance; please do not present in person to the surgery unless invited to do so, as you will be asked to return home and call the surgery.   If asked to attend the surgery please come into the building at the time of your appointment as our waiting area has restricted capacity due to social distancing, attend alone or ask relatives to wait outside and unless exempt please wear a face covering when entering the building.  Should you suspect you have Covid-19 or develop a continuous cough, fever or change to your sense of taste or smell, contact the practice prior to attending.

New Patient Register

To make things easier for you to register, download a New Patient Registration Form and New Patient Questionnaire.  Complete these at your leisure, print them off and bring them into the practice. It is practice policy to ask for the completed forms to be accompanied by photographic ID and proof of your address. Click here for more information on the Registration process.

Inhalers need to be safely disposed of to prevent propellant gases which are powerful greenhouse gases escaping into the atmosphere.

Local Pharmacies can safely dispose of inhalers and patients are encouraged to return their used inhalers to them.
