Laura Vaicikauska

Laura joined the practice team in August 2021 as a ScotGEM Longitudinal Student. Laura has an educational background in psychology and psychological therapies for young people previously working for 5 years within the NHS with patient groups who have experienced mental health difficulties. Now part of the ScotGEM programme she has moved into a career in medicine and will work with Bank Street’s clinical team over the next year helping to deliver patient care.

New Patient Register

To make things easier for you to register, download a New Patient Registration Form and New Patient Questionnaire.  Complete these at your leisure, print them off and bring them into the practice. It is practice policy to ask for the completed forms to be accompanied by photographic ID and proof of your address. Click here for more information on the Registration process.

The practice has a dedicated Mental Health Triage Nurse working with the practice team  offering patient appointments on a Tuesday each week.

Greener Practice Initiatives

Inhalers need to be safely disposed of to prevent propellant gases which are powerful greenhouse gases escaping into the atmosphere.

Local Pharmacies can safely dispose of inhalers and patients are encouraged to return their used inhalers to them.
