If your GP has authorised repeat prescriptions for you they can be ordered in one of the following ways:
- By completing the tear-off page opposite your last prescription. This can be handed into the surgery or any of the pharmacies within Cupar; alternatively it can be posted to the surgery.
- Completing a Repeat Prescription Request Form – these are available and can be completed at the surgery or Cupar pharmacies; alternatively this can be posted to the surgery.
- Ordering your repeat prescription online from this website. To find out more about how to register for this service please click here.
Once your prescription request has been issued we can forward this to the Cupar pharmacy of your choice for dispensing. Please allow 2 working days from the time of receipt of your request at the surgery for the prescription to be issued; if you are ordering through a pharmacy this may take a little longer.
Repeat prescription requests will not be accepted by telephone.
