Home visits

Home visits are reserved only for those patients who are too ill to visit to the surgery. If you think you need a home visit please telephone the surgery before 10.30am if possible.  You will be asked to leave your telephone number so that the GP or Practice Nurse can contact you if necessary. Please come to the surgery if it is at all possible, we have access here to specialist equipment and investigations and this is where we are able to provide you with the best care.
